LCW series bead mill is a piece of equipment that with large grinding force to guarantee high flow capacity; materials like full ceramic or full PU is available and with no metal contamination to make purity of products. Dispersion and wet grinding of materials like barium titanate, aluminum, barium carbonate rheostat, PZT, camera ink, printing ink, zirconium oxide, catalyst, silica sand LTCC & MLCC etc. It's the ideal choice for the Nano-scale grinding of low or mid-high viscosity materials.


1.       Innovative turbine-type design provides strong power during grinding, which improves high producing capacity.

2.       Max flux filter screen equipped with high speed main shaft rotation, solve the sticking problem of balls and blocking of materials.

3.       Complete ceramic materials or complete wear-resisting polyurethane (PU) materials is ideally suited for contamination-free dispersion and wet grinding of materials requiring high quality.
