Belt dryer Introduction

This machine is a continuous flow drying equipment. It is used to dry strip and granular materials and is well ventilated. It is suitable for materials such as vegetable dehydration, Chinese herbal medicine and other water content. Excessive high temperature drying temperatures are not allowed. The machine has the advantages of fast drying speed, large evaporation and good product quality. The dewatered cake state slurry should be granulated or stripped during the drying process.

Dryer Principle

The material is evenly distributed on the mesh belt through the material feeder. The mesh belt is generally made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh, which is pulled out by the transmission and moved inside the dryer. In several parts of the dryer, hot air is circulated separately, and part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special exhaust blower. The exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. Hot air is covered with watery material through a million mesh belts. The mesh belt moves slowly and the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the material properties. The final product after the drying process will continuously fall into the material collector. This dryer can be freely equipped with upper and lower circulation units according to user requirements and the number of sections required for production.
